There are several empty lots on my culdesac. Please park "nose-in" on the grass on the right (east) side of the street to accommodate as many cars as possible. The left (west) side of the street has a culvert (drainage ditch) from our house to the entrance of the culdesac, so unless you have a large SUV, you should park parallel to the street, on the grass as much as possible, allowing room between cars for trunk-or-treating.
